HIP Housing celebrated the open house of its Willow Road apartment complex in Menlo Park. Newly renovated, the 12 unit apartment complex is the first affordable housing rental property in Menlo Park in 25 years. The property includes special features such as solar energy, free wifi for tenants and a community room.

Annual Luncheon
HIP Housing's 2013 Annual Luncheon Celebration was great success thanks to your participation!
Together we raised nearly $117,000 for our creative affordable housing programs which will impact over 3,000 individuals this year.
Our special guest speaker, Rita Moreno rocked the house with her energy, warmth and generous surprises. And she touched our hearts as she reminded us the meaning and importance for all of us to have a place to call "home."
