HIP Housing’s Property Development Program provides
desperately needed, below market rate (BMR) affordable
rental housing in San Mateo County. The HIP Housing’s
affordable housing portfolio includes 16 properties owned,
totaling 253 units, with an additional 7 properties managed
for 3rd parties. Together, these units provide 640 people
with deed restricted affordable places to call home. Of
those living in properties owned by HIP Housing:
