The HIP Housing Home Sharing Program can help homeowners find a tenant for their Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).

We currently have 9 matched home providers and 8 active home providers with an In-Law or ADU. Our team has worked hard to attract new ADU owners to the program through Craigslist, Nextdoor, Home for All’s Second Unit Center, and the Planning Departments of all 20 cities in San Mateo County.
