Honoring HIP Housing’s Former Board Member, Gene Mullin

In April 2021, San Mateo County lost one of its greatest public servants: Gene Mullin. The Board and staff at HIP Housing were honored to work with Gene as he served on our Board this last year. We will always remember Gene as our policy guru, our expert thank-you card writer, and the consummate housing advocate. We will forever be grateful for all of his contributions to HIP Housing and San Mateo County.
