Join HIP Housing as we showcase a special video to celebrate the Grand Opening of our Redwood Oaks property!

HIP Housing purchased Redwood Oaks in 1999 and maintained the property for more than 20 years. In 2018, we partnered with Redwood City, the County of San Mateo, and CREA to rebuild Redwood Oaks from the ground up.

Redwood Oaks is Section 8 housing, meaning all of our 47 residents earn 50% of or below the average income in San Mateo County.
